I have m2v & ac3 - Now what?

I'm working on a Mac and I have used DVDExtractor
to get the m2v and ac3 files from the DVD, but how
do I get them in a mpg format or even a mov format?
    Or something I can view...

If I need to use a PC I have one, but I would rather use
my Mac. I'm new to this stuff so all help would be
    great!

    Thanks

There is a really useful tutorial in the software section, go to software then MAC and pic up the tutorial, it has a bunch of useful apps and a step by step to get you through. Including an .ac3 to .aiff and .mv2 to .mov converter, to staple them back together you'll need Quicktime pro or an older version of movieplayer, (or anyother video editing software). This is all very doable on the MAC. good luck!
