i know its off topic, but Windows XP problem is what I have..

    heres the problem, I got windows xp home edition, then I got the XP proffesional edition, and i set it up and I have xp pro on my comp

    the only problem is, that I got 2 sets of windows xp on my comp, how can I delete one?

    i tries checking in add/remove program, and it didn't work.

    can someone please help me?

    Try unisntalling both operating systems and install the version of xp you want.

    do a full hdd format, then just install xp pro on the system.

    put the xp pro cd in, reboot, follow on screen promps and your done within bout 1hr or summit. i did it AGAIN last night, started at 8:45, was dun by 10

    u mean when starting up it gives u 2 startup options?? you can remove one with the XP Pro cd, with the recovery console when u boot the cd from startup im not exactly sure how though been a while since i did!!
