i need a dashboard

i cant find a dashboard that i can download anywhere...yesterday i found a site that let me get unleashx but my comp screwed up and i only got one of the two files, now i cant find that site again anywhere. all the other sites i can find are files with ".rar" at the end of them and my computer wont read them, it says quicktime doesnt understand them.

Find a program called power archiver it replaces the need to have winzip and winrar installed on your computer.
