i need help with opening up dot halo globals matag

    it wont let me open up globals matag for some reason i think i have the plugins for it because they come with dot halo so can someone help me

    well when ever i click on it it loads throuh 2 things then when it get to loading the plugin my dot halo just stops responding and it
    doesnt even load the plugin
