I need some help with my computer please it is not working correctly

    when i try to start my computer a blue screen comes up and says my computer wont start because something has not been uploaded correctly or something and to delete memory bios or any not completely uploaded hardware or software. ive practecly deleted everything to no prevail.
    i need to know what anyone would suggest i do to have my computer working properly again.

    do you have a spare hd to load windows onto it so can use it to retieve any info off the sick hd?
