I am currently playing my Shadow Hearts and it is two disks. I want to copy it so I can preserve the original game, but when I get to the second disk and need to switch the games how would I do it? I use the swap magic by the way. And I don't have dvd-rw so I can't just re-write the disks with another game if it doesn't work.

usually you can save at the end of the first disc for the start of the second. you could probably just load the second disc and the beginning save file

Just burn both disks. You don't have to do anything special. The PS2 doesn't verify the second disk after the first has already been loaded with SM. By the way, for some reason the PS2 doesnt read games that are burned onto +/-rw disks, so thats not an options anyways.
