I have all the software for my Motorola v220 and everything but do you need to get a specific chord and if so where do I get it. I used a normal usb chord and it didn't work so im hoping the chord was the problem
The cable you need is a USB Plug type A to mini USB Plug type B 5 pin cable. Here is one site where you can buy it, http://www.cellphoneshop.net/usbdacaformo5.html however I've seen it for $6-7 elsewhere. Just didn't feel like searching all over the place. I used the cable from my mini-dv camcorder and it worked great. If you have a digital camera or digital camcorder, try the USB cable that came with it.
Most Mp3 players already include one of these cables I'm using one from my g/f mp3 player and it works fine with my v220 phone
