i got a 2.50 psp for $10 at a yard sale. it was broke i fixed it and i now want to take it from 2.50 to 2.71 then downgrade it to 1.50 then up to 3.03 oe-c. the only problem is im not sure of the risk factor. i have softmoded a xbox and a ps2 but nothing ever went rong.could anyone give me a % of the chance of it bricking my psp if i folow the guides 100% or is the risk then null. and if ther are any major risk what are they.

You gotta check if it's a TA-082 first.

look at that picture. If you have a ta-082 you gotta use the ta-082 downgrader.
Here's a good guide if you dont have a ta-082:

Here's a guide if you do:

There is barely any risk as long as you follow the guide correctly, your so lucky, if i found a psp for $10 I'd buy it in a second lol
