The error message also mentions something like 'access volume locked'. It gives me 3 options:quit, retry, ignore. when i choose ignore, it seems to end up working alright, but I can't be so sure. Anyone familiar with this error message? Can I just keep ignoring it, or do I need to fix it?

    thanks

    Hi,

Your error means that there's another program preventing Decrytpter from gaining the exclusive access to the drive that it needs.

Common culprits are packet writing apps such as InCD, DLA and Drag to Disc. If you have any of these try uninstalling them and let us know if it helps :)
