i read and i read, and i tried and i tried..

    i installed the p2k drivers first, then i installed the motorola phone tools and still it is stuck in the initialing stage, plus! the "telephony interface cannot successfully start."
    i also read something about unlocking your phone, why would you want to do that?
    please, if you can help and ty for all the time you've put into these topics.
