Ok here is my problem, im sure some of you heard it before, but I can not seem to find a fix. I have just formatted, installed network drivers gfx then .netframework then an attempt to install windows update, 1st went through, second time i did update (service pack 2) it failed. im thinking that somewhere along the lines i got a nasty infection. so if that is the case then i will ahve it fixed this time around, if not, is there anything anyone can suggest? so i can look to this post for future reference's?
I would recommend following this guide http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/479305 to add SP2 into the install CD so that it installs right from the beginning.
