Probably everthing - you provide no details as to your:

    Operating system.
Programs being used to rip, encode, burn.
DVD Burner - make - model
    Media being used for burning.
Amount of freespace available on your computer HD.

If you want help - this information is required - also have you read any of the guides available on this site?

When you use dvd2one, do you send ALL the files into a folder called VIDEO_TS (in capitals)?

And do you burn JUST the VIDEO_TS folder?

Have you got a seperate dvdrom, or can you get access to using one, and see if it can be read?

What is the name/brand of the media you are using?

Is your writer dual format or a single format writer?
(ie + AND - or just +, or just -)

Do you know whether you are closing the disc off (finalising it) after the burn?

Ehat version of Nero are you using?

    Then you posted this:
I am a little confused, are you new to dvd authoring and burning?

What is the part number of your dvd burner?

Go into device manager and under disk drives copy the part number and post it.

Bulkpaq are not the best media to use..............

Ritek, TDK, Taiyo Yueden, some Fuji are the most stable ones around.............

Seems like you have a OEM version of Nero.

If so, it is likely that some DVD burning functions will be disabled (e.g., you will be able to burn to CD or Image File only).

Would suggest downloading a working trial of Nero from Nero website - it is good for a month.

Also not sure that you media choice is ideal - would try Ritek or Verbatim if possible.

Hmmmm, forgot about the Nero OEM deal, that would make sense as to why his dvd is being seen as a cd.

    Good call colw.
