hi ime new to the site,but as ive had probs it seems a good idea 2 join thanks ! I have maybe 1200 songs on my 80 gig standard size i pod ,but as i plan 2 get one 4 my partner i looked up my i tunes page and being 6 months since last played with it i seem to have a problem ! I select the main screen,then select Music,i have all my songs listed that seems ok !but on selecting a song i get a box that says (Could not be used because the Original File could not be found would you like to locate it)What on 1200 songs ??I dont have time ,what is going on here ? Ive downloaded i tunes 7 but has not made any difference ? PLEASE HELP Yours Alon SW UK Take care U All
You gonna have to manually go on the itunes music folder and check to see if the file in question still in itunes. it sound that the file is no longer assosiated with itunes, if thats the problem., i suggest coping the songs from your ipod back into itunes.
