My son really wants the wii bad. He is 12 years old. The only problem is he can only use his left hand. Will he be able to just use the controller? Or does he have to use the thumb controller also?

    Any help will be great.

I am just worried that he wont be able to use the motion sensor part?

The short answer is he won't beable to play all of the games, but he will beable to play a lot of the games. The two best games out there right now IMHO are Zelda and Wario Ware. Zelda you do need to use the numbchuck (thumb controller), and Wario for 95% of the game you just use the main controller alone.

I'm sure if he had a Wii he would definately enjoy it though ;). If you do buy a system, you can tell which games use the numbchuck by looking at the back of the jewel case. Games which use them will have a picture of it in the upper right hand corner. Games which don't won't.
