I just downloaded all critical updates along with IE7 from the microsoft update site & rebooted the pc.
Now when i try to use Internet Explorer it takes me from my hope page: Google, to this link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=74005 & then to this one that says something like runoncemsn & loads of numbers..

Is this a Hijacker & whats the best free app to get rid of it>

Thanks for any help i recieve.

Sorry, just noticed this is in the wrong section..

    I used to use Firefox,
but got a lot of problems but i think ill try it again..

Anything has to be better than IE!!!
Is there a way to uninstall Internet Explorer?
Or do some programs need it?

    Thanks again
