I've backup some games before and had never any errors show up using A120%. If I were to get some errors would that mean there's something wrong with disc? maybe dirty or scratched? Or can you still get errors with new games too? and what does that mean if you do?

Usually when you get errors backing up a disc, it could be two reasons. The first and most obvious is that the disc itself may be dirty or scratched. I reccomend spitting (yes, spitting) on it and rubbing it dry with a non-abrasive cloth, like a t-shirt or something. The second reason maybe that your drive is set up to rip too fast. This is hardly ever the problem though, and doesn't really occur too much. You could try setting your drives rip speed a little slower.
