    Hi Peeps,

Just invested in a new monitor, cause my CRT monitor gave up after 5 years of good service, its an Iiyama Prolite E2200WS 22" tft, the only problem is that while the graphics of pictures is great, windows looks crap. Text is really blury unless I use a low resolution like 1024x768. Iiyama recommend 1680x1050 but the text is so blury I cant read it. I spoke with Iiyama and they replaced it with a new one but thats just the same, my question is this, do you think upgrading my graphics card would cure the problem or would I just be wasting my money going down that route?
    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks Psxnut

That monitor should look brilliant in it's native res of 1680*1050. My question for you is this: How are you connecting the monitor to your video card? VGA or DVI?

If VGA... well, there's your answer.

If DVI... try switching out the cable for another one.
