you can use photoshop or any other photo editing software, PhotoPlus 5.5 is free you may want to try that, you would want to use the Export Optimizer thats on that program, i think that is what you are looking for. you can download that here at http://www.freeserifsoftware.com/serif/ph/ph5/index.asp hope that helps alright.
