I have a Motorola C261 thats locked to the tracfone service and ive been trying to figure out how to unlock it but i have so far found nothing. I have seen a few say its not possible yet. Is this true? The phone dosent have a data port of any kind maybe it can be done through the IMEI#? Amy information would be great..
Google "unlock motorola C261" and see what you find, lots of commercial sites claiming to unlock your phone for a fee, never used them myself so I can't vouch for anything out there.
I dont trust those sites anymore. I tried that with a nokia of mine and now I have to take it to a person with the software to do it.
