improve fps.....

    i have a Sapphire ATI Radeon X1300 512MB video card, i used to get 150 fps when i played cs source, but now i only get 30 fps....anyone know wat the problem could be? i disabled wait for vertical sync already....

    my computer set up is

    Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 1.86 GHZ CPU
    1GB Kingston Ram
    Sapphire ATI Radeon X1300 512MB
    80GB HD
    ASUS P5VD2-X MOBO

    i always have windows media 11 running while im playin

    That may affect performace, when I play CS:S and I have iTunes running in the background, my fps degrades a bit, try closing it.
