I'm usually no newbie when it comes to things like these. But I have tried everything that I have thought of and still no change, so I call for help.

Once in a while, usually a few days, my Firefox completely resets. No bookmarks, no history, nothing. All my private data is cleared, and I have not configured it to clear private data automatically. I've been using fx for the past year, and nothing like this has ever happened before. Also, today, when I was saving a bookmark on how to remove Viva Termex (this is the first bookmark I've saved since this started, by the way), nothing happened when I pressed "OK". By that, I mean the button got "depressed", as it should, but after that, the "Add Bookmark" window didn't close and nothing else happened.

A few days ago, I also got a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL blue screen. I didn't take the STOP code (unfortunatly...), but from my past experiences that is usually sign of a significant infection or driver incompatibility.

A rootkit, maybe? Neither Avira, AVG, or Comodo has detected anything unwanted, and I have done a CCleaner scan yesterday. Here is my HijackThis log, and just a note, I do not have Vundo, I just never use BHOs and AppInits.

Sup,ok your log looks clean to me so i think it might be a regitry or .dll file error.

download this http://www.tune-up.com/ and run the 1 click maintenance and let me know if it fixes your problem.it is shareware so you only get a 30 day free trial but thats all you should need.
