So today I signed into my isp's provided email account for the first time and the only email that was in it was an email that i had violated copyright infringement by downloading an episode of "the office" from a bit torrent back in december... wtf is that about? First off that seems wrong that they can monitor me like that, esp since i pay out the wazoo for their "service"

so my question is: how can i make it so that i cant have big brother keeping his eye on me, and can this type of monitoring happen with news servers?

    thanks for any help

Install PeerGuardian2, google it, install it, update it daily, and run it when you download. It blocks ads,spyware,anti-p2p,goverment,and educational IP's/corporations/etc. from seeing what your doing. Theres a good guide on AD somewere on using bittorrent with maximum security.
