how is this done?
make a folder under f:\apps\ and call it boxplorer
then just copy the files to this folder.
you should be able to launch it from the launch menu in evox
I tried that before but in the e drive could this be whats wrong, and i have no space in my f drive how do i get space? thanks
ok, you need to replace the original hard drive with a big one like 120gig. there's no point in installing boxplorer or modchip if you are planning to use the original hard drive. when you install the new hard drive, the bios will format the hard drive and you have the option of using all the space for f: or split it with g:.
and you have to configure in the evox.ini to look in f:\apps\ for this boxplore once you have copied it to that directory.
again, there is no point in install a modchip and boxplorer if you are using the original hard drive.
hey thanks, but i was plaining on replacing it but i have no money right know so i just want to learn how to do all this stuff till then, srry but i have to ask can it be put on the e drive do i have to do something to get it to show up on the evox dash.
srry, but i was wundering if i could get away with using a 20gb hard drive till i get a biger one?
yes you can, but you probably have about 10gigs left for games. which is about 3 games at the most.
