Installing downloaded (torrent) PC game

I recently downloaded a PC game using bittorrent and am having trouble installing it. There are lots of files in the folder, but the only exectuable file is the actual crack that I have to use after the game has been installed. All the other files are either "mds", "mdf", or useless info notepad files.

I don't have much experience with this kind of thing, so could someone please help me out? Thanks.
