    Hi guys,
My first post on here so go easy!
As my work is exclusively PC / internet based (and therefore not UK PAL TV), what is the best way to get the best quality output? I have a Sony FX1 camera.
Do I record and edit in interlaced mode , then de-interlace at the end?
If so, what is the best de-interlacer?
Or is there a better way?
    Thanks,
    Martin

YEes you should keep interlaced until the final step where you convert to the format that you want at the end (e.g. divX, wmv, mpeg etc.) I don't think there is much diference in the various deinterlace algorithms, but there are several methods: discard even lines, discard odd lines, or interpolate. The last one is best.
