Internet Explorer 7 Not connecting

    So randomly, I tried to sign into Yahoo! messenger and WLM, and they didnt work. The Error message on WLM was 80048820. Trouble shooter said the Proxy Server and Keyports wouldn't work, and then something about internet explorer not connecting.

    Needless to say, I opened up IE, and it was indeed, not connecting.

    Does anyone know how to fix the problem? I would really appreciate it.

    uninstall ie7 as seen that problem with both legal & non-legal copies of xp.

    can try but if can't connect again with ie7 than don't touch it til ms does a fix on it.

    uninstalling didnt heklp my connection problems with YIM and things.

    try system restore to before ie7 went on.
