I am trying to back up my DVD of The Twilight Samurai. I generally copy all the files to my computer with DVD Decrypter (3.5.1) and then back it up with DVD Shrink 3.2. I have backed up at least 100 DVD's successfully this way until this one. I get an error message. I then tried to run DVD Shrink directly off the DVD and I get the message:

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
    Invalid DVD navigation structure.

It copied onto my hard drive with DVD Decrypter without any errors. I cleaned the DVD and it make no difference. It plays fine on Power DVD and also on my home Toshiba SD-3800 player. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

kyun7128 i have the same problem after decrypting a movie with stream processing, dvd shrink can't open the files no matter what you do. I finally decide to open the files and reauthor with dvdremake. That works for me.
I also report this problem to ddlooping
