iPod(iTunes) MP4 to other video formats?

    Can iTunes formatted video files be changed to other video formats? Please don't recommend shareware. I've searched all of the net about this matter and all the software I encounter is only for making the right MP4 format, not the reverse.

    Yes, and there is a reason for that. The videos are super compressed. They look good on a tiny screen but to even see them on a 15" screen they will look very fuzzy. Nothing most persons would want to watch. There is nothing wrong with good shareware. In certain instances the best software in a certain area is free. Are you for paying money to you can have garbage software?
