Ipod

as i connected my ipod computer freezes and restart again i try to most of thing ie deleted itune and ipod software and to reload again but did not make any different anybody who might have this problem please guide me wat to do inthis circumtances? h ow to come over this problem?

Try open iTunes before connecting the ipod

 

i think if you press and hold menu and play/pause buttons at the same time it turns to hard drive mode then its like a portable device so you can put music on by going to my computer.so no need for itunes.
