is it possible to change the processor of my laptop

    i have a compaq presario v3324tu laptop which has an Intel Pentium Dual Core Processor T2080(1.73ghz., 1mb l2 cache, 533mhz. fsb). is it possible to change the processor of my laptop to an Intel Core 2 Duo processor or higher in the future? thanks guys!

    No it probably isnt. Most laptop cpu's are only upgradeable to other cpus in that same line of laptops. Sorry.

    I think it would also be very hard to take the all the covers off the back of it to find the CPU. This would also void you waruntee and then you would have to put it all back togeather...

    So I would'nt try it.
