I'm wondering if it's possible to make a bootable copy of WinXP Pro out of a non-bootable one?

Also, I was wondering where I can find a utility for making bootable XP Pro floppies that actually work? I don't know about anyone else but the one offered at the Microsoft website has never worked for me. I can create the floppies just fine but they don't work. In other words they don't boot. I did manage to find a utility that worked (a while back) but I don't have the floppies anymore and I can't remember what website I got it from.
I would like to know how to compile a bootable XP disc though, mainly so I wouldn't need to use floppies.
    Thanks.

Yes you can create bootable WinXP cds from nonbootable versions.. you just need the boot sector files.. search Google or any search engine for them.. the howto create WinXP Pro boot cds are also avaible.. good luck!

btw, why use bootable floppies? well unless you cant boot from cd then floppy is only way.. in any case, you need the boot files.

Sorry it took a while to get back to this thread but I've been without net access for the last week or so.
But thanks for the response SadJoker. I'm gonna go try and track down those boot files.
    Cheers.
