I installed a program called smart fan and it reads that my CPU hangs between 55-60 degrees celsius when I'm not using it. When I'm working on it or encoding something it jumps as high as 78 degrees celsius. Is this normal?

    Thanks

check in your bios under hardware monitor to see if it reads the same values. also open the side panel to clean out the cpu heatsink fan assembly of any dust & hair.
