    I bet they're doing the same thing as GTA3 & Vice City. San Andreas will be PS2's exclusive for 2-3 years then it will be ported to Xbox with improved graphics and etc.

    I just read an article saying Rockstar will only be releasing San Andreas for PS2 and then later for PC. They have no plans for an Xbox release at all. Then again, they aren't the most predictable company in the world, so who knows what they'll do in the future.

    I read in cvg magazine that it will definitely be released on xbox. They also reckon it will come much sooner this time,possibly even early next year.....

    i work for a minor xbox company, xbox will not release this game, at least not for two and a half years, sorry but this is official

    I so want GTA: San Andreas... I got an xbox...though...out on Xbox??? Don't tell me i have to buy a PS2 for just this awesome game!?!

    The person who said that grand theft auto : San Andreas, im happy to report is incorrect. My cousin in fact works for Rockstar games and has discussed its release for well over a year now. I have asked him about release dates, and it WILL be coming out for xbox, but unfortunately coming out during Northern summer (june-july). Rockstars contract with playstation is up in January 2005, and they expect to release the GTA series in xbox and pc, no longer exclusive on the playstation. It is unsure though whether GTA will come out for xbox early 2005, or summer.

    San Andreas comes out the 26th which is tuesday.. which all this means is it has already came out

    Skilit You're such a NOOB! It come out Tuesday for PS2 if you read the thread title it is

    is san andreas gta coming out for XBOX????

    So for all the xboxers it is a 6 month wait.
