    hi all

i have been backing up my ps2 games and would really like to do the same for my xbox. is there a solderless way to add a mod chip? if not, is it easier to install a xbox chip over a ps2 chip? and is there any installers that you guys have dealt with that you would recommend?

    thanks

There are a few solderless xbox modchips out there but you are best off getting a normal modchip.

They are much easier than a ps2 chip as the points are bigger and there are less wires/points.

Do you mean the pin header?

You can get the xecuter 2.3b lite which will let you do this.(amongst other)

You will still have to do some soldering with this and solder the do point but its easy enough.

The chameleon has a solderless adapter.

The x-bit is a no solder aswell.
I think if you want an all good round chip which is solderless then go for the x-bit., easy to flash and easy install.
