Is there any "All in Wonder VIdeo Card" similar product?

    I am looking for a video card that does all the things that the ATI all in wonder video card does. I can't find anything on ebay, and i thought i would seek some help here with pros. Please help me find something similar to that card ( Features i want: TV Out, Monitor Out, TV Tuner, Video In) Any suggestions??

    im no pro, but i do know that there are companies that make the cards with an ati chip, that is cheaper, thats what i have
