well i needed my nokia 6103b unlocked so i've checked out other threads for codes of the same phone and they dont work on my phone. so i told myself it might just be a mathematical equation on how to get the right code for my cell.

so i've written down the IMEI# and unlock codes that have been given and i cant find a pattern or mathematical solution.

am i somewhat close? or just stop trying cuz i wont even be able to find it out.

    IMEI: 359372/00/762563/5 thats mine... (rogers)

the only thing the same with others is the first 8 digits,
unlock codes have no similarities what so ever.

    ...should i keep trying?

With your experiments can you only hardlocked your phone.

Its your code, but possible too late.

    #pw+147 214 565 572 231+7#

Remove sim first, power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
    Press * 3 times fast for (p)
    Press * 4 times fast for (w)
    Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
    "Code error", don't try again!!
    "Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!

    i've probably tried 3 times...

now i've entered that code making it my 4th time and it said something about "restricted"

does that mean i hard locked it?

    Its possible.
If hardlocked, your phone will work only with original provider(Rogers).
Try other sim to see-work or not.
    If its hardlocked-

YOU ONLY GET 3 TO 5 CHANCES TO ENTER THE CORRECT CODE

This also applies to 6101's and 6102's that show (phone restrictions on)

This means that your phone is hardlocked to the original provider and it will only work with the original provider.

The only way to unlock your mobile is to take / send it to a professional unlocker or a shop that offers a direct unlocking service.

Or you can go HERE For a fast efficient postal service USA only.

    Or try-

    P.S. Yes,its mathematical equation.
