    Hi .
I have an ADSL 640kb connection but my ISP add a filter to all acounts in order to reduce high speed downloads .

Is there any way to bypass this filter ?

    Thanks .

No, what is the download max speed they have set you? Have they given you a maximum bandwidth usage also?

The filter is on some http:// sites , ftp servers and for reducing max speed in kazaa, imesh and other p2p servers.
In the sites that there is no filter i can get 60k-70k speed .
Yes i have max bandwidth .
