I have Cox Highspeed Cable as ISP and use Azureus as torrent software. I was caught because Cox stated I was sharing copyrighted material. Now I am nervous. They reinstated my account, but warned me that they will be less lenient with repeated offenses. Needless to say, I don’t want to be caught again, but I am hooked on P2P. In the past I used IRC and Usenet, but the torrent network is far superior when it comes to selection.
I thought of 2 possible fixes:
    1) Could I set the allowed upload speed on Azureus to 0 kb/sec and basically stop uploads that apparently catches most if not all of the attention?
    2) Could I still use Limewire and disable sharing (set to 0 uploads)?

I know this defeats the purpose of a P2P network, but I am chased by “The Man”.
