I have a friend you just got a ipod but when she tries to open or install itunes it says just that "itunes cannot open because it has detected a problem with your audio configuration" I have tried to uninstall itunes and reinstall it but it does the same thing.

    Any help will be apreciated.

I don't mean to be a jerk, but where did you expect this to go? Completely a useless contribution, self serving, self important. . . Need I go on?

It is against forum rules, I'm not trying to argue, but I'm just letting you know for the future that it is against the rules.
