i've been ripped by www.psxtune.com

    Hi guys. i've ordered 2 modchips from psxtune.com. Its been 3 weeks i didn't recieve their modchip and i don't get any response from them. method of payment was visa and they already charged me. Is there anyway to get my money back from them. They even sent me the details of my order through e mail.

    Call the bank and cancelthe transaction. Visa will do this for you
