I have downloaded a copy of a movie from the net. There are 2 avi files at present. I tried to convert these 2 files into one using Nero so that I can burn it onto one dvdr. When I merged the files, together they go over 4.7Gb. I have then tried to merge and shrink those files using DVDShrink however it can not locate the files on my computer. I have a feeling I have to convert these avi files into vidoe ts.ifo files. Is that right? How would I do that? What program would I use to do that? Is there a better program than DVDShrink to acheive what I ma trying to do?

You can do that with several programs,Nero visionexpress is one,but not free.vso divxtodvd is a free program it will rip your avi's into vobs, that you can open in dvd shrink, and then you,can burn with the burning program of you choice.
    download:http://www.vso-software.fr/download.htm
