actually i used virtualDub before, because it always has a warning whenever i open an AVI file says
"Couldn't locate decompressor for format 'XVID'(unknown).VirtualDub requires a Video for Windows (VFW) compatible codec to decompress video. DirectShow codec, such as those used by WindowsMedia Player, are not suitable. Only 'Direct stream copy' is available for this video"

can u tell me wat to do? or there is other way to do this? ur help is much appreciated
