Just did something stupid, I need some help plz!!

    I was updating my psp and it was pushed off the table causing it to turn off! now when i turn it on the screen stays black. what can I do to fix it??

    i'm not sure whats worth, updating with sony's firmware or bricking it in the process

    were you updating to sony's firmware or were you updating to custom firmware?

    I'm pretty sure it was sony. I was updating so that I could downgrade to 1.5

    Get in touch with sony, inform them on the situation (leave out the part about downgrading to 1.5), and they will provide you with a replacement.
