Just Ordered A Magic 3.2 Mod Chip

    I just ordered one so what things should i know or tips should i know b4 installing to make it easy

    China Magic does not make a Magic 3.2 chip. Sounds like you got a clone of some kind, just not sure which chip it's a clone of.

    i dont remember of it i think its a 3.1 or 3.2 but i got it from modchip.ca and i know there reliable

    Your going to have big problems with double-check games if you install it into a v7 or up PS2.

    [bold] if you dont have any soldering experience then DONT DO IT, you will screw up your system. have an electrician do it for you. i know many people in here screw up their ps2 cause they installed the chip themselves.[/bold]

    my dad is doing it and his knowledge of doing electricion type things is advanced 44 wires isnt a lot to him

    Unless he has previous experience soldering on boards where every circuit resister, etc is like 2 pinpoints in distance he'll have problems. I know a lot of people who thought they could handle it because they were engineers, or had previous soldering experience. I pity them when they fail
