I have a JVC HDD camera which saves here files on the hard drive whith extension .mod
I renamed that file in avi or mpeg and it plays well in BSPlayer.
    My primary goal is DVD.
What software should i use to create DVD for watching on clasic DVD player?
Does .mod files need to be converted before i can create clasic DVD?
Which is the fastest way for creating DVD

    P.S.
    Sorry for my bad english..

    Ty, very very much

This link refers to those files as being mpeg files and renaming them from .mod to .mpg will work.

To convert the .mpg files to DVD format try this freeware:

    http://dl.afterdawn.com/vsoDivxToDVD_setup_v0.5.2b.exe

Remember to set 'Aspect' and 'Standard' for your TV aspect ratio and country (PAL or NTSC) if you want to burn the files to a DVD later.

If you mean 'Media Player Classic', it can play dvd files ok.
    Similar to 'VLC'.
