the message comes up and says u cant, but i was wondering is there anyway of gettng round this?
You can keep it, but it won't be a menu anymore, just another title.
I know, but i meant with the button working, or will i just have to add 1 in nero?
You can get around it by using different software such as DVD Stripper
Ok cheers i'll check it out
Ryan, if you have nero ultra 6, you can use recode, works exactly like shrink, but retains a working menu after re-authoring. Better quality in my opinion.
Sorry I wasn't more helpful earlier. I got in an argument with the wife while I was typing. If the menus are small, another app I highly recommend is VobBlanker:
It won't do anything with the menus, but it will remove, or more accurately blank, any title you want. I also use DVD Stripper and it's a great program, but VobBlanker is easier (and faster) to use so I usually see if I can do what I want with it first.
vurbal, since I got the over 18 hack figured out, thanks in part to Nephilim, I know why some would use dvdstripper. You're not one of those, are ya? heh heh
No comment. I already said I was married. You figure it out from there.
Sounds like vurbal doesn't need any more fights
Your not lying Nephilim. And for a change my wife might even agree. 8D
stripper looked to complex
I'll try other link and i will have a look on nero too
ryan, Nero recode is easier and will keep menu function.
Is it ultra6 that has it, cause where's the option and how do i use it ?
Ultra 6 has it, go to the ultra 6 homepage and go to the ultra 6 updates. Download packs 1 & 2, and then open ultra 6 startsmart, recode is on the bottom above toolkit. Also register recode and nerovision express seperately. When you open each program, click on the ? mark in the bottom left corner, from the drop down menu click on register and enter your ultra 6 purchase #. You need to do this to have the programs work properly. Here is a simple guide for recode I wrote a couple o' days ago. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/3/89791 It's on page 3 about 3/4 of the way down. good luck!
titlesetblanker is also another freeware tool you could try
there is a guide that allows you to keep the menu and movie using DVDShrink
