keys for ntl

my starview has gone down being trying for ages to get an answer is there a key change for ntl? HELP ME PLEASE

i have asked but nobody has replied 2 me? think i can try telewest in scotland? i told my provider i didnt want tv anymore can the stop my starview box? put my mind at ease please, can VIR MED cut my box off?

 

They cant cut off your b0x and dont know you have a Starvi*w cos there is no talkback on them

 

NO !! But check u have the free channels ie bbc etc to make sure u aint been disconnected from outside ?

 

still got bbc n itv n them, so u think its a key change? if so when will they b avaiable?

sum 1 out in cyber space must have ntl keys? live in scotland. i am stuck with bbc 1 n the rest of the rubbish. HELP ME PLEASE
