kryptview glitching

    it's getting really bad now.Im finding it hard to recommend KV to my friends with such a shit reception.What the feck is going on,it used to be so reliable.

    Can anyone help me? I've deleted my channels and can't get the menu to search areas up again, so no channels at all. I've deleted all channels and restored factory settings and now it won't let me do a full search where it says regions etc

    have you done channel search via direct feed from wall, not connected to a router or modem. also make sure box has correct region for your area, can check this via virmin remote and box, and if you have no virmin sub at all you may have been diconnected.
