    Hi

My box is always giving the above message on every channel including the FTA channels. I even took out the netwok cable and tried it with my working internet netwrok cable, but i get the same message any ideas?

had that message a few times in the past it might be a loose scart connection or the main cable feed going into the box is giving a low signal try moving the cable about and see if that helps the signal quality.

No Video or bad signal normally means that the signal quality is low or no signal at all
take your box round to a freinds house and try it on their set up.
