    Hiya.
I'm sick of getting "failed" popping up in Kazaa's status block. I don't think I'm sharing too many, too few or the wrong folders and I've plenty of space on my HD...
    Anyone got any ideas?
Any way to prevent these failed downloads reverting to a state of zero-completion so I can resume them where they left off?

Also, I have, or am downloading .bin, .iso, 'mpg and .avi files with file sizes approaching and over 800mb and need to burn them to 700mb CDs.
If someone can give me a *really* simple step by step I'd be very grateful (I've never burned .bin, .iso or such before...)

Thanks to anyone who can spare the time or patience to help.

The failed messages can be a result from various factors. It is unusual though, typicall it will say more sources needed. Try this, when searching for your "backup" movie make sure that there are multiple user with that movie/file. Also be sure that you choose the file with the least d/l time to ensure max bandwidth and users. As for buring those .iso and .bin files you must use a program such as Nero. When in Nero goto File--> Burn image and then you will be able to select the .iso or .bin file.

Thanks, FSU33, very much - but will nero still burn the oversized (800mb or so).iso and .bin files? If not, is there a link to some place I might find enlightenment so I can get them on a 700mb disk?

Ok what happens with the isos and so on is.

the standard 700 mb CD can take 750mb - 800 mb depending I recommend burning them with nero.
With Nero if you go file Burn Image I believe you can go to the iso and open it this will mean that you can burn the iso, as an iso is an image of a cd, now when you say write if it is to big Nero won't let you else it will just ask if you wish to finalise the cd and you hit OK, now the bin files need cue files the cue files are what you open with nero and then it burns the bin the cue is after, so make sure they are the right ones, from then on the same thing happens as with the iso, avi and mpg files if when you goto write them you don't get do you wish to finalise the CD you will have to split them search for something like avi splitter on http://www.google.com
